Because of the pandemic, the work was delayed and we understand this. Our biggest complaint was the lack of communication. How simple it is to just pick up the phone and let your paying customer know the status of your job. Then, the day after the work was completed we discovered a defective board and reported it immediately. After 10 months and numerous phone calls, we still have not had the board replaced. We had a new sliding door installed by AH that was defective.

It found it very easy to work with the personnel from Am. That I met during this remodeling project. John is an expert on window installation and he had to replace a large window within the shower.

Dry & wet rot, old paint, bad woon, old flashing from several previous bad jobs and storm windows simply covered with more flashing and gobs of caulk to glue it down.and hide gaps. Some water damage behind siding and in wall from one covered over bad sill that was never repaired. All in all looking at redoing almost 2 dozen windows including major carpentry and rebuilding at least 3-4 frames from scratch. I have a blown shoulder and I don't need to be REdoing ALL the work that was paid to be done right by my mom, that was not done anywhere near right, in the first place but that's where we are.
